Role & responsibilities

- Identify the BOM/ BOQ for Hardware & Fabrication from customer job order PO & sales dept. inputs.
- Basic knowledge of export consignments; familiar with FOB, CIF, Container planning, and export documentation.
- Coordination with manufacturing/sourcing department/ Export logistic department, and ensure the supply of hardware and fabrication items as per production schedules.
- Prepare and track production plans, work orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare and monitor production plans for Castings, Hardware, and Fabrication parts to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor daily production progress and identify delays.
- Follow up with internal departments for timely procurement and manufacturing of hardware and fabricated components.
- Maintain and update production schedules, dispatch plans, and order status sheet.
- Participate in production review meetings.
