- Charyas is looking for a hands-on, data-driven, execution-focused Flipkart Marketplace Growth Specialist to build one of India''s first gut-health functional food categories on Flipkart.
- You will own marketplace growth by improving product visibility, search rankings, advertising performance, conversions, and profitable sales.
- This is an opportunity to shape how Indian consumers discover, understand, trust, and purchase gut-friendly functional foods made with clean ingredients such as dates, millets, fibre, and plant-based nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Flipkart Ads strategy, campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and performance management.
- Build and continuously optimize keyword strategies around gut health, fibre, digestion, healthy snacks, protein bars, millet snacks, and related search terms.
- Improve product discoverability through search ranking optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, offers, advertising strategies, and category trends.
- Improve listing quality by optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, product images, A+ content, pricing, offers, and conversion elements.
- Track and improve key marketplace metrics including impressions, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and overall profitability.
- Design, execute, and measure small-budget experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, content, operations, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure marketplace readiness.
- Maintain dashboards for advertising performance, keyword rankings, sales trends, inventory health, and growth opportunities.
- Share weekly marketplace performance reports, insights, recommendations, risks, and execution priorities with management.
- Develop structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day marketplace growth roadmaps.

- Within 30 days, the person should complete a full audit of Charyas'' Flipkart business, optimize listings, establish campaign structures, identify keyword opportunities, and implement foundational marketplace improvements.
- Within 60 days, advertising performance, keyword rankings, listing quality, and conversion rates should show measurable improvement, supported by structured reporting and regular optimization.
- Within 90 days, the person should build a predictable marketplace growth system with profitable advertising, stronger organic visibility, improved customer acquisition, and a clear roadmap for expanding across Flipkart, Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms
