1. Export Order Management

- Process and manage export sales orders from confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely execution
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues

2. Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and manage export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

3. Client Coordination

- Act as a point of contact for international customers
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order updates
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and support after-sales service

4. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate shipments, bookings, and dispatch schedules
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Work closely with transporters and warehouse teams

5. Sales Support

- Assist sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
- Update SAP with accurate order and customer data

6. Payment & Follow-ups

- Coordinate with finance for payment tracking (LC, advance, credit terms)
- Follow up for pending payments and documentation requirement
