Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Export Sales Executive to manage international sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of export documentation, international trade procedures, logistics coordination, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on pending Sales Orders (SOs) and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, Sales Orders (SOs), and Proforma Invoices. • Prepare export invoices and coordinate dispatch documentation. • Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation. • Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Production/Manufacturing team for order execution and delivery schedules. •

Generate current export leads through IndiaMART, B2B portals, LinkedIn,



and other online platforms.

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in assigned international markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers. • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

- Participate in quarterly sales review meetings at the Head Office. • Prepare sales reports, customer records, and market analysis. Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
- Strong internet research and online lead generation skills.
- Good understanding of export documentation, international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong negotiation, customer handling, and relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business will be preferred.
