Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers by scheduling dates and times.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and perks with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong understanding of interview scheduling, employee screening, and salary negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
