Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage servers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi infrastructure, internet connectivity, printers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system health, uptime, and infrastructure performance.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and preventive maintenance activities.

End User Support

- Configure laptops and desktops for recent employees.
- Install operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus, business applications, printers, and required software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Manage Microsoft 365 users, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Configure email accounts, permissions, licenses,.

Server & Network Administration

- Support Windows Server administration.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.

Plant & Site IT Support





- Travel to company plants and project sites whenever required.
- Provide IT support at Gangad Plant, Kadi Plant, and future company locations.
- Maintain local servers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, printers, laptops, desktops, and IT assets at plant locations.
- Coordinate with plant teams and local vendors to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.

IT Asset & Vendor Management

- Maintain inventory and lifecycle of all IT assets.
- Coordinate warranty, repairs, AMC renewals, and vendor service activities.
