Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet research, Google Search, and professional email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities through telecalling, emails, and social media marketing.
- Interact with school principals, teachers, and educational institutions to promote the company's products and services.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with prospective clients to expand the customer base.




- Create market awareness and contribute to increasing sales volume and revenue.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales databases regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business development objectives of the organization.
