Territory Manager - Agency Channel - 5+ Years - Pan India

We are looking for a Territory Manager Agency Channel to drive agency business by recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing network of insurance advisors while achieving business growth targets.

Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit,train, and activate quality Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and strengthen the Agency distribution network.
- Drive advisor productivity, retention, and business performance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate Current Business Premium (NBP) through agency partners.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product, sales, and process training for advisors.
- Coach agents on sales techniques and market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and share MIS reports on sales performance and agency productivity.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in Agency Channel/APC Channel.
- Proven experience in advisor recruitment and agency development.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.




- Candidates from Top 10 Life Insurance Companies will be preferred.
