Charyas is looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused, execution-oriented professional to build and scale our commercial growth engine. You will lead strategic business development across B2B, private label, exports, distributors, retailers, corporate wellness, and international markets while ensuring every commercial opportunity is systematically managed from first conversation to repeat business. This is a high-impact role at the center of the company & growth strategy. You will work closely with the Founder, product development, manufacturing, and operations teams to convert, Charyas manufacturing capabilities and innovation into long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a commercial ownership and execution role.
2 to 4 years preferred in business operations, supply chain, procurement operations, vendor coordination, dispatch, logistics, marketplace operations, FMCG operations, food manufacturing operations, or admin operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage commercial pipelines across B2B, private label, exports, distributors, retailers, corporate wellness, and strategic partnerships.
2. Develop Charyas; US and international commercial pipeline by engaging food companies, wellness brands, retailers, importers, and co-manufacturing partners.
3. Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential commercial opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
4. Own buyer outreach, relationship development, and structured follow-up until commercial closure.
5. Coordinate customer samples, technical documents, product information, pricing, commercial proposals, negotiations, and trial orders.
6. Prepare capability presentations, commercial proposals,
product portfolios, pricing documents, and customer presentations.
7. Maintain complete CRM discipline with opportunity tracking, customer interactions, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
8. Support the Founder before strategic customer meetings and independently execute all post-meeting action items.
9. Coordinate internally with RD, manufacturing, quality, finance, supply chain, and operations to ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.

1. No qualified commercial opportunity should be lost due to poor follow-up.
2. No customer inquiry should remain unanswered without ownership and timely action.
3. No sample request should be delayed without visibility and communication.
4. No proposal should be shared with incomplete pricing, commercial terms, technical details, or approvals.
5. No customer meeting should conclude without documented action items, ownership,timelines, and follow-up.
6. No CRM record should be incomplete, outdated, or missing.
7. No commercial commitment should be made without internal alignment and approval.
8. No pricing, commercial terms, product specifications, exports, payment terms, or contractual commitments should be finalized without appropriate authority.
9. No verbal discussion should be treated as commercial closure.
10. Every commercial chance must have a clear next action, owner,
expected closure timeline, and documented status.
What Good Performance Looks Like:
A strong performer will build a healthy and predictable commercial pipeline, create meaningful relationships with strategic customers, ensure disciplined follow-up across every opportunity, improve proposal quality and response times, increase conversion from samples to commercial orders, and significantly reduce Founder dependency for day-to-day commercial execution. The goal is simple: build a scalable commercial engine that consistently converts opportunities into long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, exports, private label, key account management, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within FMCG, food, nutraceutical, wellness, or manufacturing industries.
2. Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
4. Comfortable engaging CXOs, procurement teams, founders, distributors, and international customers.
5. Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, customer documentation, and commercial reporting.
6. Strong commercial acumen with excellent follow-up and execution discipline.
7. Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, presentations, and commercial documentation.
8. Highly organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
9. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.
