Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead overall manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, timely dispatch, and continuous process improvement.



The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with solid operational expertise and the ability to drive productivity and team performance.

- Manage the overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
- Lead shop floor operations and optimize manpower, machines, and resources for maximum productivity.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per customer and project requirements.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best manufacturing practices.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and shop floor employees to build a high-performance team.

Monitor inventory, material availability, and production resources to avoid disruptions.
