Key Responsibilities

- Handle Import/Export documentation including Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, and Bills of Export through ICEGATE & SEZ Online.
- Coordinate with Customs authorities and CHA for cargo clearance and SEZ gate activities.
- Manage SEZ inward/outward transactions, invoice endorsements, and material gate passes.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, SEZ, FTP, and GST regulations.
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain all statutory records and reports.
- Support DTA sales, scrap sales, and related documentation as per SEZ norms.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Customs Act, SEZ Act & Rules, Foreign Trade Policy, and basic GST.
- Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, SEZ Online, SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Team player, quick learner, and flexible to work in shifts.

Preferred Candidate

- 48 years of experience in Customs/EXIM/SEZ Operations.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
