We're Hiring — AI/ML Engineer | Delhi

InfoLabs Global is growing its Delhi team. Looking for a strong AI/ML engineer who has fine-tuned models and shipped them to production.

? Location: Dwarka Sector 7, Current Delhi (on-site)

? Experience: 3+ years

? CTC: ₹10–15 LPA

What you'll do

- Fine-tune language models for domain-specific use cases — dataset preparation, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, quantisation
- Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark fine-tuned models against baselines
- Design RAG pipelines end to end — chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, retrieval quality
- Build and optimise conversational AI and real-time voice agent systems
- Write production backend APIs — Python/FastAPI, async, WebSockets, queuing, webhooks
- Deploy and scale GPU inference — latency optimisation, monitoring, observability

What we're looking for

- 3+ years hands-on in AI/ML engineering
- Proven experience fine-tuning models,



not just calling APIs — you should be able to walk us through a training run you owned
- Strong Python fundamentals and clean API design
- Solid grounding in embeddings and retrieval systems
- Prior exposure to real-time voice/media frameworks such as LiveKit
- Comfortable with Docker, Linux, Git and cloud/GPU environments
- Someone who has owned production systems — not notebook-only work

Bonus

- Multilingual or multi-accent speech work
- Kubernetes, CI/CD, GPU cost optimisation

You'll work on systems used by enterprise and government clients across India and the UAE — high volume, real users, and a short path from idea to production.
