We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and build machine learning models, forecasting systems, and data-driven intelligent solutions that enhance business operations and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, occupancy prediction, and anomaly detection using Python and Azure ML.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines — from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and production deployment on Azure ML.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into well-defined ML problem statements with measurable success criteria.




- Integrate trained models into backend APIs for real-time and batch inference consumption by product features.
- Apply statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and feature importance across large hospitality datasets.
- Build and manage experiment tracking, model versioning, and performance monitoring pipelines.
- Implement model retraining strategies and drift detection to maintain model accuracy over time in production environments.
- Work with Azure data services to prepare, manage, and version training datasets at scale.
- Document model architecture, feature engineering decisions, evaluation metrics, and deployment processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.

Required Skills

- Languages: Python (primary) with C# for API integration
- Machine Learning: Strong working knowledge of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and ensemble methods across regression, classification, and clustering problem types
- Forecasting: Hands-on experience with statistical and deep learning approaches to time-series forecasting
- MLOps: Experience with Azure ML and experiment tracking tools for model registry, versioning, and automated retraining pipelines
- Data: Strong proficiency with data manipulation, feature engineering, and SQL across large, structured datasets
- Cloud: Azure platform experience including compute, storage, and data pipeline services
- Statistics: Solid foundation in probability theory, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a similar ML or data science role within the technology or hospitality industry.
- Exposure to natural language processing for sentiment analysis or guest feedback modeling.
- Hands-on experience with feature stores, A/B testing frameworks, or online learning systems.
- Knowledge of distributed data processing and cloud-scale data engineering practices.
