What you'll do
- - Design and ship LLM-powered features across client products
- - Build retrieval pipelines, evals, and observability
- - Tune and benchmark models for cost, latency, and quality
- - Build voice agents (cold-calling / inbound) end-to-end
- - Stay on top of the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape
What we look for
- - 2+ years building production software
- - Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
- - Comfort with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET for LLM tooling
- - Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, MongoDB Atlas)
- - Robust systems thinking — you understand cost, latency, reliability
Nice to have
- - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- - Background in ML or NLP
- - Voice / telephony APIs (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs)
