What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered features across client products
- Build retrieval pipelines, evals, and observability
- Tune and benchmark models for cost, latency, and quality
- Build voice agents (cold-calling / inbound) end-to-end
- Stay on top of the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape
What we look for
- 2+ years building production software
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
- Comfort with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET for LLM tooling
- Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, MongoDB Atlas)
- Solid systems thinking — you understand cost, latency, reliability
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Background in ML or NLP
- Voice / telephony APIs (Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs)
