About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Enabled Software Engineer who leverages AI-assisted development platforms and agentic engineering tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and build scalable, secure software systems. The role focuses on integrating AI into modern software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software using AI-enhanced development tools

- Leverage GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and agentic tools to improve productivity and code quality

- Architect and implement agentic workflows for coding, testing, documentation, and automation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions

- Evaluate emerging AI development tools and drive adoption best practices

- Automate development, testing, and CI/CD workflows using AI-driven approaches

- Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development methodologies

- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience





- Strong experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor

- Good knowledge of LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered CLI tools such as Copilot CLI, Cursor CLI, Gemini CLI, or Claude Code

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices

- Experience building contemporary architectures including microservices and APIs

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, or LLM integrations

- Exposure to AI platform engineering or MLOps

- Experience leading engineering teams or initiatives

- Contributions to open-source or internal innovation projects
