Role Description The AI Filmmaker/Prompt Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for blending film craft with generative AI tools to create cinematic content and immersive visuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing AI prompts for video, image, and motion graphics tools; collaborating with directors, producers, and clients to translate creative briefs into storyboards and scripts; and overseeing the end-to-end AI-assisted production pipeline.

The role involves experimenting with new AI platforms, refining outputs through iterative feedback, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand narratives and event objectives. The AI Filmmaker/Prompt Engineer will also support post-production workflows,



coordinate with technical teams on file formats and delivery standards, and contribute to innovation across film marketing and event experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Film Direction and Scriptwriting to conceptualize narratives, visual styles, and story arcs for AI-generated and live-action content.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Film Production and Video Production to manage shoots, coordinate with crews, and oversee the integration of AI assets into overall projects.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Post-Production to work with editors and motion designers on AI-enhanced footage, sound, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., image, video, and text models), prompt engineering techniques, and basic editing or compositing software (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret brand and event requirements into compelling cinematic concepts are required.
- Effective collaboration, time management, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production workplace in Gurugram.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, design, or related fields is advantageous, along with prior experience in film marketing, advertising, or experiential events.
