Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building production-ready LLM applications, AI platforms, and intelligent agent systems. This role requires technical leadership, architecture expertise, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI platforms, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks and SDKs.
- Develop robust RAG pipelines integrating vector databases, knowledge graphs, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Build reusable AI services, prompt orchestration,



evaluation pipelines, and deployment frameworks.
- Ensure production readiness through observability, monitoring, testing, guardrails, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and establish engineering best practices for AI application development.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM advancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of software engineering experience with 1–2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-based applications.
- Proven portfolio of enterprise AI solutions, AI platforms, or production-grade LLM applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
