About The Role iamneo is hiring an AI Engineering Trainer to deliver the initial build-focused modules of its AI Track. This role is for an experienced software engineer who has actively used AI-assisted development tools in real production workflows and can teach learners how to build, validate, and ship software using an AI-first engineering pipeline.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of overall experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI-assisted development
- 1+ year of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical learning sessions
- Strong hands-on experience in AI-augmented development workflows, LLM tooling, or agentic coding pipelines
- Must have shipped production applications using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
- Strong full-stack background across backend APIs, frontend development, and cloud deployment
- Experience coaching learners or developers on real AI workflow integration, not only demos
- Comfortable running hands-on build labs where learners create and present working software quickly

Required Technical Skills LLM & GenAI Frameworks

- Working knowledge of LLM concepts and applications (prompting, embeddings, vector search)
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar for building AI-powered applications

Prompt Engineering & AI Usage





- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, role-based prompting)
- Ability to guide learners on effective AI usage and validation of outputs

AI-Assisted Development Tools

- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude (Claude Code), Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
- Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows including prompt → generate → review → deploy

Full-Stack Development (Working Knowledge)

- Experience building applications using backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
- Understanding of REST APIs, database interactions, and basic system design

DevOps & Deployment (Basic)

- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD workflows (e.g., Docker, GitHub Actions)
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms

Code Quality & Debugging

- Ability to identify and fix issues in AI-generated code (logic errors, incorrect API usage, incomplete implementations)
- Understanding of debugging approaches and best practices

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver hands-on training sessions on AI-assisted software development and contemporary engineering workflows
- Teach end-to-end application development using AI tools, including building, validating, and deploying software
- Guide learners through project-based learning, enabling them to build real-world applications
- Mentor learners on effective use of AI tools, debugging practices, and code quality
- Facilitate interactive labs, coding exercises, and practical assignments
- Evaluate learner performance through projects, assessments, and continuous feedback
- Support curriculum improvement by updating labs, content, and exercises based on evolving tools and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and learner outcomes
