Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents.

Build custom AI skills, workflows, and automation solutions.

Develop and optimize AI models and integrations.

Implement LLM-based solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI platforms.

Optimize token usage, latency, and operational costs.

Develop AI APIs and backend services using Python.

Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows for performance and accuracy.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills ✅ Strong proficiency in Python ✅ Experience with AI/LLM development and integrations ✅ Knowledge of API development and backend systems ✅ Understanding of AI agents, automation,



and workflow orchestration ✅ Experience with Git and collaborative development practices ✅ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills ⭐ Experience with Anthropic Claude API and cost optimization strategies ⭐ Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows ⭐ Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering ⭐ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks ⭐ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ⭐ Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment automation What You’ll Work On AI Agents & Virtual Employees
