We're looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead with strong expertise in designing, building, and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications.

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs & Agentic AI
- Real-world experience building multi-agent systems using LangGraph
- Successfully deployed production-ready GenAI solutions
- Solid understanding of Agent Evaluation (LangSmith, Langfuse, LLM-as-Judge, Evaluation Pipelines)
- Expert in Python, LangGraph, SQL, RAG, and Multi-Agent Architectures
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Windsurf




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM applications leveraging RAG and agentic workflows.
- Develop and maintain agent evaluation pipelines , observability, and quality metrics.
- Own Python codebase quality, scalability, and CI/CD deployment on cloud platforms.
- Drive the technical roadmap, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
