IC Markets Global is hiring an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems and intelligent agent pipelines. The role sits at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI, with a focus on scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions.

Experience

- 3+ years of total software engineering experience

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining ML/AI systems in production

- Strong foundation in backend development using Python

Responsibilities

- Design and deploy production-ready Python services for AI capabilities

- Architect and fine-tune end-to-end agent workflows for chat, search, and retrieval use cases

- Develop intelligent agents with prompt engineering, integration, and testing

- Integrate and optimize vector databases for embeddings management, high-speed lookups, and hybrid search

- Continuously evaluate and monitor agent performance in production

- Optimize agent systems for reduced latency, cost efficiency, and horizontal scalability

- Design clean, well-documented APIs

- Integrate with existing backend systems

- Work across software engineering and applied artificial intelligence

- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions
