Description NTT DATA is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. The role centers on Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI services, and modern Generative AI frameworks.

Role: AI Engineer (Agentic AI) – AWS Microsoft Copilot Studio

Location: Bangalore or NTT DATA Offices across India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI solutions
- Hands-on experience building AI assistants or AI agents
- Experience with AWS cloud-native development
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows
- Implement conversational AI, task automation, and intelligent assistants
- Develop enterprise knowledge assistants using RAG architectures
- Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and orchestrations
- Develop and maintain Copilot Studio agents
- Configure knowledge grounding from enterprise content repositories
- Design conversation flows, actions, prompts, and AI-driven workflows
- Build integrations with internal business systems and enterprise applications
- Build AI solutions using AWS services
- Design AI pipelines supporting RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, and memory management
- Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI agents
- Implement LLM integrations and orchestration layers
- Build AI observability and monitoring capabilities
- Develop guardrails and content safety controls
- Support AI model evaluation and continuous improvement

Additional Responsibilities

- Bridge AI engineering,



software engineering, and cloud architecture to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions
- Deploy secure and scalable AI services in AWS
- Implement AI governance and responsible AI controls

Nice To Have

- Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech environments
- Experience with enterprise search platforms
- Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or M365 ecosystems
- Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls
- Azure OpenAI (Preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred
