The role centers on Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI services, and contemporary Generative AI frameworks.

Company: NTT DATA Role: AI Engineer (Agentic AI) – AWS Microsoft Copilot Studio Location: Bangalore or NTT DATA Offices across India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN) Experience Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI solutions

Hands-on experience building AI assistants or AI agents

Experience with AWS cloud-native development

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred Responsibilities Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

Build multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows

Implement conversational AI, task automation, and intelligent assistants

Develop enterprise knowledge assistants using RAG architectures

Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and orchestrations

Develop and maintain Copilot Studio agents

Configure knowledge grounding from enterprise content repositories

Design conversation flows, actions, prompts, and AI-driven workflows

Build integrations with internal business systems and enterprise applications

Build AI solutions using AWS services

Design AI pipelines supporting RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, and memory management

Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI agents

Implement LLM integrations and orchestration layers

Build AI observability and monitoring capabilities

Develop guardrails and content safety controls

Support AI model evaluation and continuous improvement Additional Responsibilities Bridge AI engineering, software engineering,



and cloud architecture to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions

Deploy secure and scalable AI services in AWS

Implement AI governance and responsible AI controls Nice To Have Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech environments

Experience with enterprise search platforms

Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or M365 ecosystems

Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls

Azure OpenAI (Preferred)

Preferred cloud and platform stack includes Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, REST APIs, and Enterprise Connectors

AWS stack includes Amazon Bedrock, Claude Models, Amazon Knowledge Bases, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and EventBridge

Success metrics for the first 12 months include delivering 3 to 5 production AI agents, reducing manual effort through AI-driven automation, enabling enterprise knowledge search and self-service support,



improving employee productivity through Copilot-based experiences, and deploying AI solutions meeting governance and security requirements
