The role focuses on building and operating production-grade AI solutions with strong emphasis on LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise integration.

2-3 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating AI/ML solutions in production environments

Experience delivering AI-driven solutions with measurable business value

Ability to work with ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM, multimodal AI, and generative AI solutions

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-powered applications and AI-driven features

Implement and optimize RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking methodologies, and prompt engineering

Integrate AI models and agents into enterprise applications, backend services, and APIs

Ensure scalability, reliability, security, cost efficiency, and low-latency performance in production

Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions

Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, performance analysis, user feedback, and emerging generative AI advancements

Visualize, interpret, and communicate AI-generated insights Additional Responsibilities Work at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI

Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions

Ensure technical decisions align with strategic objectives

Deliver measurable business outcomes

Experience building, integrating, or consuming MCP servers, tools, and agent ecosystems

Experience with containerization, deployment, and inference serving technologies

Ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate AI-generated insights through contemporary analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools
