AI Engineer (Python, AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG)

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG-based applications using vector databases and LLMs.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Create scalable APIs and backend services using Python.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure model performance, security, scalability, and reliability.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Solid programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithms and model development.
- Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
