About This Opportunity Responsibilities Join our Analytics, Data Strategy, and AI team and help engineer the next generation of our digital capabilities. We are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated problem solver to play a pivotal role in scaling our proprietary agentic AI initiatives. This is a role for a true builder with a strong systems-thinking mindset.



We need someone who is endlessly curious, excels at rapidly mastering new technologies, and understands how individual AI components interact within our broader technical architecture. Rather than simply tuning existing models, you will actively expand our AI’s cognitive capabilities, integrate new frameworks on the fly, and deliver measurable business value.

Educational & Required Qualifications

- Must have experience in Agentic AI, Machine learning , deep learning and Large language models.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Machine learning and data modelling
- Must have experience in Agentic AI, Machine learning , deep learning and Large language models.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in big data related domain and data modelling
- Must have proficiency in ML model development using TensorFlow , pytorch and ML libraries.
- Must be well versed with automation
- Must have familiarity with agentic AI platforms like Glean and agent bricks
- Must have 6+ years of experience with statistics and analytics on large volume of data
- Must have expertise in Python, Fast API , SQL
- Good knowledge of Data structures and design patterns.
- Valuable knowledge of orchestration platforms like Langchain
- Good knowledge of LLM evaluation platforms like langfuse and langsmith
- 6+ years of experience in any databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo, SparkSQL).
- Experience of deploying application using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in development and productionising of machine learning applications.
- Experience in streaming technologies such as Kafka and kinesis stream.
- Experience in leading the project from end to end.




- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring team members to help grow to their full potential.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools – Azure Git.
- Exposure to retail industry is a big plus
