About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our Data & AI Practice and drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities AI Solution Development Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

Build intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, and cloud-native architectures.

Develop enterprise AI solutions focused on automation, knowledge management, and business transformation. AI Engineering & Integration Build AI-powered applications, APIs, and intelligent workflows.

Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms.

Develop secure and scalable integrations with internal and external systems. Data Engineering & MLOps Design AI-ready data pipelines and data processing frameworks.

Implement end-to-end MLOps practices including model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI workloads. Cloud, Security & Governance Develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, security standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and conduct code reviews.

Drive engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.

Innovation

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends.

Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance organizational AI capabilities.
