Description Truebyl is hiring a hands-on AI Engineer to architect, build, and deploy open source-based Agentic AI systems. The role focuses on distributed AI agent architecture across intelligent edge and centralised platforms.

Role: AI Engineer – Agentic AI Systems

Location: Kolkata, India (preferred) / Remote within India

Experience

- 4-7 years in Software Systems
- Proven experience in developing Agentic AI systems using open-source LLMs
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning/integration
- Experience in software architecture, including distributed system design and orchestration
- Hands-on development skills in Python, Rust or Go
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in collaborative product teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and coordinate systems with both edge and central agents

Responsibilities

- Architect, build, and deploy open source-based Agentic AI systems
- Develop a distributed AI agent architecture for intelligent edge and centralised platforms
- Build lightweight and larger-scale AI agents to execute autonomous workflows
- Coordinate distributed sensing and decision-making
- Work on orchestration layers that connect distributed components
