About The Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with robust expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML Development, and Enterprise AI Applications . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
- Build predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications.
- Develop AI-driven solutions for:

- Intelligent Chatbots & Virtual Assistants

- Revenue Optimization

- Flight Operations Analytics

- Predictive Maintenance

- Passenger Personalization
- Crew & Resource Optimization

Generative AI & LLM

- Develop and integrate LLM applications using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Perform Prompt Engineering and Tool Calling.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models.
- Improve model accuracy, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor hallucinations, bias, and AI compliance.

Enterprise AI Development

- Build enterprise-grade AI applications in production environments.
- Design and develop MCP tools using Python and FastAPI.
- Maintain multiple MCP services and LLM integrations.
- Develop scalable conversational AI applications.

Multi-Agent AI

- Design and implement Multi-Agent architectures.
- Build Agent Orchestration workflows.
- Implement Context Sharing, Task Decomposition, Role-Based Agents, Coordination,



and Fallback mechanisms.

Backend Development

- Develop REST APIs and Async services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build middleware and scalable backend services.
- Implement WebSocket-based streaming AI responses.

Frontend Development

- Develop conversational interfaces using Angular or React.
- Implement real-time UI updates using RxJS and WebSockets.

Data Engineering

- Build scalable AI pipelines.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.

Deployment & MLOps

- Deploy AI applications into production environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuously optimize performance, scalability, latency, and operational costs.
