Role Description The AI Education Developer Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The intern will support the design and development of AI learning content, including lessons, code examples, assignments, and projects related to topics such as Machine Learning, NLP, and neural networks. Day-to-day tasks include researching AI concepts, creating clear and engaging educational materials, building small demo applications or notebooks, and collaborating with mentors and instructors to refine curricula.

The intern will help structure self-paced modules, assist during live sessions, and gather learner feedback to improve course quality and learning outcomes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy explaining technical concepts, building AI prototypes, and contributing to an inclusive,



growth-oriented learning environment.

Qualifications

Deep command of CS fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, complexity, and core programming — strong enough to teach, not just apply.

Advanced Python skills with hands-on experience across common AI/ML libraries and real project work.

Strong grasp of Deep Learning and Neural Networks, including the ability to explain the underlying theory and turn it into clear, practical examples.

Solid understanding of Transformer models — attention, architecture, and how they power contemporary LLMs.

Practical experience with NLP and LLMs, including how modern AI systems work under the hood.

Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem — Transformers, Datasets, and model hubs for loading, fine-tuning, and deploying models.

Comfort working with datasets — sourcing, cleaning, preparing, and using data for training, evaluation, and course examples.

Working knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows — tool use, memory, planning, and multi-step reasoning.

Hands-on experience building agents with frameworks such as LangGraph; familiarity with Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) is a plus.

Proven ability to create advanced, structured educational content — tutorials, code labs, and projects that make hard concepts learnable.

Ability to break down complex topics with precision, accuracy, and clarity for a technical audience.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and effective collaboration in a hybrid environment.

Preferred: B.Tech with 9+ CGPA, or M.Tech, in CS, Data Science, AI, or a related field — or exceptional practical/project experience in place of grades
