Role Description The AI Digital Marketing Executive will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Mumbai with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for planning and executing AI-enhanced digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and content channels, using data and automation tools to improve targeting, performance, and ROI.

Daily activities include creating and optimizing web and social media content, managing social media calendars, monitoring campaign metrics, and leveraging web analytics to refine strategies. The person in this role will collaborate with SEO specialists, content writers, and designers to align messaging, implement A/B tests, and support client growth initiatives.



Additional responsibilities include staying updated on AI tools and trends in digital marketing and suggesting innovative ways to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in marketing and digital marketing strategy, with the ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present insights to internal teams or clients.
- Experience in social media marketing, including managing platforms, creating content, and optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in web content writing, with the ability to create SEO-friendly, user-focused content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Hands-on familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar) to track performance and inform decision making.
- Exposure to AI-based tools for marketing (such as AI-driven content generation, campaign optimization, or marketing automation) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing role, especially in SEO or performance marketing, is an advantage.
