AI Developer (Generative AI & Agentic AI)

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Developer with experience in building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, Python, REST API integrations, and relational databases. The role involves developing intelligent AI applications, integrating AI services with enterprise systems, and delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop RAG-based applications, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through REST APIs.
- Develop backend AI services using Python.
- Work with relational databases to retrieve, process, and manage application data.
- Optimize AI prompts,



workflows, and model performance for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Structured Outputs.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Experience building Agentic AI, RAG, semantic search, and vector database solutions.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth/JWT, and third-party API integrations.
- Positive SQL skills with experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, Git, Docker, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
