- .Should have excellent skills in FastAPI, OpenAI Agents SDK, MongoDB.
- Robust Python backend experience, especially FastAPI and async programming.
- Hands-on experience in building LLM-powered applications with agent frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK or similar), tool calling, prompt engineering, and structured output design.
- Nice to have multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience,
- Should be able to debug production issues, make architectural decision, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with RAG implementation
- Strong architectural decision-making skills.
- Experience in handling or mentoring a small team.
- Good understanding of system design and scalable application architecture.
- Ownership of feature development from design to deployment.
- Enough Node.js/React familiarity to collaborate smoothly with the platform team.
- Good to have an idea on LangGraph
