At Cashfree Payments, we're looking for someone who can help transform how our non-tech teams work by embedding AI into their day-to-day operations. This isn't a traditional AI or Data Science role. We're looking for someone who can sit with business teams, understand their workflows, identify repetitive tasks, and design practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.

What you'll do

✔ Partner with functions like Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and more to identify opportunities for AI adoption.

✔ Convert business problem statements into AI solutions using today's AI ecosystem.

✔ Build AI workflows, copilots, automations, GPTs, AI agents and low-code solutions that eliminate manual work.

✔ Evaluate and implement AI tools that deliver measurable business impact.





✔ Train and enable non-technical teams to use AI effectively in their daily work.

✔ Drive AI adoption across the organization and build a culture of experimentation. We're looking for someone who • Thinks like a consultant and builds like a maker.

- Can quickly understand business problems and simplify complex processes.
- Has hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, n8n, Make, Langflow, Flowise, or similar AI platforms.
- Understands prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCPs, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Loves experimenting with recent AI products and turning ideas into working solutions within days—not months.
- Can influence stakeholders and make AI accessible to non-technical users.
