Role Summary

We’re looking for an English-speaking AI coding specialist who can develop and provide ongoing support for software tools, automations, and AI agents. This person should be comfortable working with fast-moving California-style entrepreneurs, product builders, and startup teams, using Claude, Codex, and modern AI-assisted development workflows to turn rough ideas into useful, working systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys “vibe coding” but also knows how to test, debug, maintain, improve, and support software after launch.

Responsibilities

- Develop prototypes, internal tools, automations, integrations, and AI agents using Claude, Codex, and similar AI coding tools.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, debugging, and improvement for software projects after launch.
- Help design, build, test, deploy, and refine AI agents for internal or customer-facing workflows.
- Translate fast-moving founder ideas into clear technical requirements, workflows, scripts, prototypes, and production-ready improvements.
- Monitor tools and agents for issues, errors, usability problems, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support software development by writing code, reviewing AI-generated code, testing features, and documenting solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, SaaS tools, webhooks, and internal systems.
- Create reusable prompts, agent instructions, workflows, support notes, and technical documentation.
- Communicate clearly in English with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Work well with startup-style ambiguity, quick pivots, rapid iteration, and entrepreneurial energy.

Qualifications

- Strong spoken and written English.




- Experience developing software tools, automations, or AI-powered workflows.
- Ability to provide reliable ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
- Understanding of how to build, configure, test, and improve AI agents.
- Basic to intermediate programming experience, ideally in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, webhooks, GitHub, command-line tools, and basic software architecture.
- Ability to write explicit prompts, agent instructions, and technical documentation.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to validate AI-generated output.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, quick pivots, and turning “half-formed but exciting” ideas into usable software.

Nice to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, tool calling, function calling, memory, evals, and guardrails.
- Experience supporting live tools, internal apps, dashboards, automations, or customer-facing agents.
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, SQL, or cloud platforms.
- Appreciation for high-energy California entrepreneur culture, including big ideas, fast experiments, and the occasional “let’s ship this today” moment.
