AI-Assisted Software Developer and QA Engineer

Mumbai. Hybrid preferred. Remote candidates may be considered.

About the Role

Convert detailed specification documents into working software using AI coding tools. Understand the generated code, refine it where needed, and rigorously test every feature before handing it over to the DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build features from detailed specifications.
- Use AI coding tools effectively while understanding the generated code.
- Perform comprehensive functional, regression, edge case, and manual testing.
- Document bugs and test results clearly.
- Collaborate with business analysts and hand over validated builds to DevOps.

Required Skills

- Strong software development fundamentals.
- Experience with at least one backend language and one frontend framework.
- Git proficiency.




- Excellent manual testing skills.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants productively.
- Positive documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have API integration, databases, basic automated testing, exposure to CI/CD.

Success in First 3 Months

Deliver features from specifications with minimal production defects, maintain thorough test documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to DevOps.
