Position: AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to join our fast-growing AI product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling production-grade enterprise AI systems. You will work closely with AI leaders and enterprise architects to develop LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and scalable AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend engineering, modern AI frameworks, and cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems using LLMs and GenAI technologies.

Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

Develop and manage LLM agents for enterprise use cases.

Integrate AI solutions with external APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.

Build robust backend services using Python and FastAPI.

Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval tasks.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering.

Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI and enterprise AI architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience in software engineering (Python backend).

2–3 years of hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based systems.

Strong expertise in LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.

Experience building APIs using FastAPI.

Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based deployments.





Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.

Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.

Experience working in production-grade enterprise environments.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
