Our client is building the industry’s first Unified AI Agent Observability + Trust Platform — used by CISOs, AI leaders, and Fortune-500 teams deploying copilots, chatbots, autonomous agents, and enterprise LLM applications.

They address one of the most urgent challenges in modern AI – How do you monitor, govern, and trust AI agents that now make decisions across the enterprise?

We are building our core India engineering hub — starting with a Senior Technical Lead who will own architecture, lead the team, and work directly with executive leadership.

What You Will Lead

- Architecture, design, and development of ChatSee’s core systems:
- high-volume ingestion pipelines
- agent telemetry + observability engine
- analytics & risk-classification platform
- LLM reasoning, eval layers, and agent-behavior models
- Lead and mentor a high-caliber engineering team across Python, LLMs, front-end, and DevOps.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on roadmap, platform evolution, and scaling decisions.
- Institute world-class engineering standards (quality, security, reliability, testing).

Tech Stack

- Backend: Python, FastAPI, async frameworks
- AI/LLM: OpenAI, Anthropic, embeddings, RAG, vector DBs, eval frameworks
- Architecture: microservices, distributed systems
- Frontend: Angular (modern, modular UI)
- Pipelines / DevOps: CI/CD, observability, API gateways, containerized deployments
- You do not need to know all pieces — but you must love solving hard, ambiguous, high-scale engineering problems and you must be ready to be hands on with coding.

What We’re Looking For

- 12–15 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong system design & architecture capability.
- Production-grade Python + API design experience.
- Interest or experience in AI/LLM development.
- Experience mentoring or leading developers.
- Strong hands on coding skills
- Solid execution discipline in an agile product environment.
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

- Experience with observability or security products.
- Experience in building data pipelines, analytics, or high-scale systems.
- Prior early-stage startup or founding-team responsibilities.
