Role Description The AI Artist role at Framite AI is a full time position in a hybrid setup based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for working from home. In this role, the AI Artist will design, generate, and refine visual assets and video elements using AI tools and platforms, ensuring that outputs align with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, storyboarding concepts, creating AI-driven visuals and animations, and iterating based on feedback to improve quality and impact. The AI Artist will also experiment with emerging AI models,



maintain organized asset libraries, and help optimize workflows for efficient, scalable content production. This role involves working on a variety of projects such as marketing videos, social media content, product explainers, and custom AI avatars.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital art and design, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience using AI-based creative tools (e.g., generative image or video models, AI animation, or avatar creation platforms).
- Proficiency with standard creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools for video editing, motion graphics, and image editing).
- Ability to translate creative briefs and scripts into compelling visual concepts and storyboards.
- Attention to detail in refining outputs, with a focus on quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Comfort with learning and adopting new AI technologies and workflows in a fast-evolving environment.
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, multimedia, visual arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Previous experience in video production, social media content creation, or marketing-focused visuals is an advantage.
