Our client is building the industry’s first Unified AI Agent Observability + Trust Platform — used by CISOs, AI leaders, and Fortune-500 teams deploying copilots, chatbots, autonomous agents, and enterprise LLM applications.

They address one of the most urgent challenges in modern AI – How do you monitor, govern, and trust AI agents that now make decisions across the enterprise?

We are building our core India engineering hub — starting with a Senior Technical Lead who will own architecture, lead the team, and work directly with executive leadership.

What You Will

Lead

Architecture, design, and development of ChatSee’s core systems:

high-volume ingestion pipelines agent telemetry + observability engine analytics & risk-classification platform

LLM reasoning, eval layers, and agent-behavior models

Lead and mentor a high-caliber engineering team across Python, LLMs, front-end, and DevOps.

Collaborate directly with executive leadership on roadmap, platform evolution, and scaling decisions.

Institute world-class engineering standards (quality, security, reliability, testing).

Direct weekly architecture sessions with the technical leaders.

Work on systems that Fortune-500 CISOs and AI leaders depend on. This is not a “maintenance” role. This is 0→1 engineering for a global AI platform. Tech Stack

Backend: Python, FastAPI, async frameworks

AI/LLM: OpenAI, Anthropic, embeddings, RAG, vector DBs, eval frameworks

Architecture: microservices, distributed systems

Frontend: Angular (modern, modular UI)

Pipelines / DevOps: CI/CD, observability, API gateways, containerized deployments

You do not need to know all pieces — but you must love solving hard, ambiguous, high-scale engineering problems and you must be ready to be hands on with coding. What We’re Looking For

12–15 years of software engineering experience.

Robust system design & architecture capability.

Production-grade Python + API design experience.

Interest or experience in AI/LLM development.

Experience mentoring or leading developers.

Strong hands on coding skills

Strong execution discipline in an agile product environment.

Excellent communication and ownership mindset. Nice to Have

Experience with observability or security products.

Experience in building data pipelines, analytics, or high-scale systems.

Prior early-stage startup or founding-team responsibilities.
