we need to hire/lease a architect offshore to provide technical leadership for Agentic AI workflows that we plan to invest in as a company. I am sharing some bulletpoints on what the profile of this person will be. Can you please socialize it and get the search kicked off.
- Look for an architect who has built complex, non-linear workflows on AWS using services like AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, or Lambda. Expertise in event-driven architecture and state management, rather than just basic server hosting.
- They should have experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, vector embeddings, and how to structure unstructured data (PRDs, ADRs, Code) so that LLMs can consume it without "hallucinating" or losing context.
- The candidate must have a deep background in Java/Spring Boot and React. They need to understand the architectural "happy paths" and common pitfalls of these stacks to define the constraints,
linting rules, and validation logic the agents must follow.
- They should know how to automate IAM Access Analyzer or AWS Secrets Manager integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- While they don't need to be an AI scientist, they must show a history of "Zero-to-One" implementation with emerging tech. Look for candidates who have experimented with Amazon Bedrock, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI). The best indicator is a GitHub portfolio. Proof that they can rapidly prototype with tools that didn't exist 12 months ago.
- Nice to Have: We need someone who has built Developer Portals or Internal Tooling that manages hand-offs between automated systems and humans.
