We're looking for an AGM – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for one of our prestigious clients in the Electrical Manufacturing Industry .

? Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead recruitment across Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Corporate, and Leadership functions.

✅ Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.

✅ Build strong talent pipelines from leading Electrical, Cable, Wire, Transformer, and EPC companies.

✅ Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top industry talent.

✅ Manage campus, lateral, and leadership hiring programs.

✅ Establish recruitment analytics, dashboards, and manpower planning systems.





✅ Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Preferred Profile

✔ MBA (HR) / PGDM

✔ 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.

✔ Proven experience hiring for Manufacturing industries , preferably Cables, Wires, Electrical Equipment, Transformers, EPC, or Industrial Manufacturing .

✔ Robust industry network and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Expertise in recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.
