Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and business development activities to support the growth of OCMAN REALTY in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales and marketing initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The AGM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement strategic plans, and support decision-making based on market trends and data.





Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring staff, coordinating with senior management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in team leadership, people management, and performance oversight.

Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

Strong abilities in operations management, process improvement, and coordination across departments.

Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.

Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and data analysis to inform business decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Proven track record in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad real estate market is highly beneficial.

Capability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
