Role & responsibilities

- Monitor Daily production & ETA and achieve daily/monthly targets.

- Monitor Quality accuracy and provide feedback to immediate supervisors and team members.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide solution if not achieving production or quality.

- Analyzing and preventing denials related to Eligibility.

- Working on performance dashboard and MIS to the management

- Calibrating with US office and working on training requirements internally.

- Forecasting monthly volumes and raising request for resources accordingly

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor/master's degree mandatory.

- Excellent communication written and verbal,

- Minimum 8 years (in Leadership role) experience in eligibility and authorization





- Should have handled a team size of at least 40+ users.

- Must have valuable knowledge in reports and using MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel and word must)

- Basic AR (Accounts Receivables) knowledge must

- Only night shift and willing to work during weekends
