Purpose of Job:

Managing the alliances with current and future Intas B2B partners, being the point of contact and from Intas Biopharma facility for technical topics and provide support to licensing team to achieve sales and licensing targets.

Alliance Management

- Manage the relationship between current Intas B2B partners and Intas organization for the ongoing projects.
- Coordinate Intas organization activities and resources to provide excellent support to our partners.
- Obtain all the information from different departments (regulatory, QA, QC, Supply, etc.) and communicate this information to partners.
- Be the point of contact for our partners, the person that will be contacted for any non-commercial topic.
- Identify and track any issues and roadblocks and solve them.
- Identify and mitigate any risks and inefficiencies in the alliances and mitigate them.

Support to Business Development and Licensing activities

- Support the licensing team during the licensing activities (i.e. during initial stages of licensing, during due diligences, etc.).
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our current and future partners in order to secure sales and further licensing.
- Providing all technical input during the licensing process,



being the person that can explain technical topics to future partners and transmit confidence to our partners.
- Provide input in the License and Supply Agreements contracts and work closely to licensing team in order to close agreements.
- Support the agreements negotiation process in order to achieve sales and licensing targets.

Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience

- Understands all departments involved in Biosimilars development, manufacturing and commercialization.
- Understanding of the Pharma Industry and Biotech facilities.
- Experienced in oral and written presentations to both Intas and partners teams and management.
- Understands Intas organization and culture.

Relevant Skilled / Educational Background:

- University Degree in Biotech, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharma.
- 10+ years of working experience in the Pharma industry, specifically in facilities dedicated to biologics R&D; and Manufacturing.
- Having worked at Intas or Intas competitors is a must.
- Having worked in biosimilars is a must.
