Strong expertise in building RPA projects

Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks and LLMs

Experience building industry-standard automation solutions

Experience integrating AI services

Experience with human-in-the-loop governance for business-critical projects Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Master's degree in Computer Science

Equivalent degree Responsibilities Design and develop automation solutions using WorkFusion and other technologies

Design and build AI agents that can reason, plan, and orchestrate business workflows

Build RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources

Build document intelligence solutions for extraction, classification, and summarization

Implement vector databases and semantic search

Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products

Write code and perform testing and debugging of applications

Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance

Interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications

Design software applications running on multiple platform types





Communicate design proposals and negotiate options Additional Responsibilities Collaborate on hybrid IT transformation outcomes through HPE Operations

Work on software applications across local, networked, or Internet-related programs

Execute test plans and use testing scripts and tools Nice To Have Preferably experience in WorkFusion More Skills automation solutions, AI services integration, agentic workflows, human-in-the-loop governance, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP (Model Context Protocol), software applications design tools, testing methodology, debugging, testing scripts Other Hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office
