About the Role
We are seeking experienced DGAQA-approved Quality Engineers/Inspectors who possess a valid DGAQA Inspection Stamp Approval or have previously worked as approved inspectors for aerospace, or defence manufacturing programs. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspection activities as per DGAQA quality requirements, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, final, and pre-dispatch inspections for aerospace and defence components.
- Carry out dimensional and visual inspections as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Verify manufacturing processes and product conformity with DGAQA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), ATP, and inspection procedures.
- Review material certificates, process certifications, and quality documentation.
- Raise and close NCRs, deviations, and quality observations.
- Coordinate with production, suppliers, and customer representatives during inspections.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain traceability records.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and acceptance activities.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, DGAQA quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Metallurgy, or related Engineering disciplines.
