The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who owns strategy — not just execution.

You will build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, communicate directly with clients, and take full responsibility for performance outcomes.

This is a strategic, client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Optimisation

- Set paid ads strategy across Google & Meta
- Make independent decisions to scale, pause, or restructure campaigns
- Conduct account audits and identify growth opportunities

Google Ads

- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube
- Handle keyword strategy, bidding, and A/B testing
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking (GTM / GA4)

Meta Ads





- Build full-funnel campaigns (TOF–MOF–BOF)
- Develop audience and creative testing strategies
- Monitor Pixel & CAPI health

Client Communication

- Send monthly performance reports (insight-led, not data dumps)
- Lead paid media discussions on strategy calls
- Communicate proactively when performance shifts

Requirements

- 3 years Google Ads experience
- 3 years Meta Ads experience
- Strong understanding of tracking (GTM, GA4)
- Experience communicating directly with clients
- Ability to write clear, data-driven reports
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable working remotely in an offshore setting
