About the Role: We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to generate revenue through the sale of OOH advertising spaces, specifically bike standee hoardings and other static formats. This is a field-intensive sales role involving client acquisition, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Sell advertising space on bike standees, hoardings, and other outdoor formats




- Onboard SMBs, local businesses, and agencies for ad placements
- Handle both direct and agency sales
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through cold calling and active pitching
- Maintain sales pipelines and reporting hygiene
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, media, print, digital, or OOH advertising Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in handling advertising agencies is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits
